  • What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it?
    If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't have your new package, a few things may have occurred: Your delivery person put your package somewhere discreet to make sure no one steals it—behind a plant, under a bush, we have seen it all (and appreciate their thoughtfulness). Your delivery person marked your package as delivered a few days in advance, and the package may still be on the way. A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address. Please note: We are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Please contact the third-party shipper if any shipping issues arise with an order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments, or questions regarding tracking.
  • How do I change my account password?
    To change or reset your password, click Log In at the top right corner of and then click the Reset Password link at the log-in window. We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • What size am I?
    We recommend comparing garment measurements to a similar item you already own to see what will work best.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 100 countries. We also accept payments via PayPal. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Gift Cards. Please note: We are unable to split payment between multiple payment methods.
  • What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
    We are working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about one to three business days for us to pack up and ship out your order. *Not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?
    Although we’re unable to edit the contents of your order after it’s been placed, we can often help you edit your shipping address or cancel your order completely depending on how far along your order is in the packaging process. Please note: Only order cancellations within one hour of order placement are guaranteed. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time, but we will send you an email within 48 hours to let you know if your request was successful. Any requested changes will impact the entire order where possible, whereas individual items cannot be edited or canceled. Please note: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order or edit the shipping address.
  • Do I have to create an account?
    You are able to place an order with us under your FashionKorner Account or as a guest. To checkout as a guest, simply navigate to your cart on any mobile device and proceed with the guest checkout option. You will still be required to enter your email in order to receive email updates on your order, but you will not need to enter a password. If you have placed an order with us via guest checkout and would like to create an account, just click Forgot My Password at the log in screen. You will receive an email at the address used for checkout. The email you receive will prompt you to create a password so you can log in and access your account and order.
  • Where is my order?
    Orders generally take two to three business days to process before they are shipped. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. You can track your order using your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update.   • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.
  • How can I unsubscribe from emails?
    If you would like to unsubscribe, just click the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of any of our emails. Unsubscribing will prevent you from receiving promotional and marketing emails but will still allow you to receive all transactional emails, such as order confirmation and shipping notification emails. To opt out of all transactional emails, please reach out to us for assistance.
  • How do I delete my account?
